Smoked Baby Back Ribs

![Soaking chips](/images/smoker/smokingchips_sm.jpg) Soak wood chips for about two hours before you begin.

![Ribs and rub](/images/smoker/ribsandrubs2_sm.jpg) Rub ribs on meat side only and let them sit out for 30 minutes.

![Charcoal Starter](/images/smoker/charcoalstarter_sm.jpg) Start charcoal and allow to burn 20-25 minutes, or until charcoals turn white.

![Ribs on rack](/images/smoker/ribsonrack_sm.jpg) Pour charcoal into smoker, place ribs on rack, and add pre-soaked smoked chips and close lid.

![Smoker](/images/smoker/smokingsmoker_sm.jpg) Add smoked wood every hour or so as needed.

![Glazed ribs](/images/smoker/rackofribs_sm.jpg) Smoke ribs for about 4 hours, and until they reach 160°. Wrap in foil and bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes for jucier ribs.
