Plum Jam

We have an abundance of plums on our plum tree, and wanted to try making plum jam this year. We picked up some basic canning supplies, and found a great link for easy step-by-step instructions here. There is also a PDF of the instructions you can download.
The finished jam had the perfect amount of sweetness and tartness. We will definitely be making this every year!
