Dave's Pepper Jack & Jalapeno Fish

You can use your favorite type of white fish filets for this recipe. We used Basa fish (a type of catfish).

Preheat oven to 350°. Place filets in a baking dish. Season with a little salt, pepper and garlic salt.	Top filets with jalapeno slices.	Cover jalapenos with sliced Pepper Jack cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 mins.

Delicious served on a bed of rice.	Dave's dinner.
