Inside-Out Bacon Cheeseburgers

We found this recipe o the Kraft Recipes site. Here is the link. You can also find the recipe below. Dave BBQd these today and they were good! They were very big, so you may opt to eat the burger without the bun!

Crumble bacon and mix with part of the ranch dressing. Mix the remaining dressing in the ground beef.

Make two patties for each burger.

Place a spoonful of the bacon and ranch dressing mixture and a 1/4 of the cheese in the center of half the burgers.
 

Top the burgers with the mixture and cheese with a plain burger, then press edges together to seal.

Finished burger.

Ooozing with cheese!

What You Need:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Ranch Dressing, divided
  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 2 KRAFT Singles, cut into quarters
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into 4 slices each
  • Make ItHEAT grill to medium heat.
MIX meat and 2 Tbsp. dressing; shape into 8 thin patties. Combine remaining dressing and bacon. Spoon onto centers of 4 patties; top with Singles quarters and remaining patties. Pinch edges together to seal.

GRILL 7 to 9 min. on each side or until burgers are done (160°F).

FILL buns with lettuce, burgers and tomatoes.
